Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy


Thank you for shopping at Garner.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Products that have been installed and signed off by the customer once completed are not eligible to return. Please ensure you have checked everything before signing the document. 

Garner General Trading can provide you with credit voucher for products that are still in the original packing.

The product must not have been used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To have any product picked up there will be an additional charge of 500aed

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Garner .

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.


Damaged items 

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded by a credit voucher.

Cancellation of purchased goods

A customer that has purchased a product (s) from Garner.ae has the right to cancel their transaction within 24 hours of the payment process. 

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. 

To have this approved send a copy of transaction receipt and request to info@garner.ae
